Job Overview Full‑time HP Territory Retail Sales Representative – District D2210 (HPFS – Detroit, MI). Job Type: Regular Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr. Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday. Key Responsibilities Visit 1–4 retail stores per day to promote HP products and increase sales. Train store associates and management on product features, usage, and sales techniques. Build rapport with store staff, establish and maintain relationships, and influence business decisions. Set up and maintain HP brand merchandising and product displays, ensuring brand standards are followed. Assess and communicate store needs for marketing material and promotional collateral. Document and report sales activities, schedules, and best practices for each visit. Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve product offerings. Manage the territory independently with minimal oversight. Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals, weekly in‑store time goals, and key performance indicators. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical/wireless products. 6+ months of successful training experience (preferred). Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and meets customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation. Strong multitasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Reliable transportation with state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage. Benefits Weekly or next‑day paid on‑demand via DailyPay.
