As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the welcoming face in neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to personalized lawn care solutions and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs. Deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positive attitude. Customize sales messaging for each household, recognizing unique lawn requirements. Convert prospects from “just looking” to signed contracts using proven sales methodology. Log interactions, track performance, and maintain accurate records in a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customers’ lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; strong people skills highly valued. Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, though passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready required. Excellent communication skills, from small talk to closing conversations. Strong time‑management skills and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile technology; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing). Physically located in the United States while performing the job. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average weekly income ranges from \$875 to \$1,200, based on annual salary plus commissions for qualifying representatives. Salary range for the role is \$27,669.00 – \$58,865.00, with most candidates starting in the lower half. Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
