Job Summary Traffic & Campaign Management: Schedule digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
Sales Support: Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and invoicing.
Client Fulfillment: Spearhead monthly client fulfillment recaps and help pinpoint appropriate audience targets for ad campaigns.
Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM pipelines, and order processing with high precision.
Production Assistance: Assist in commercial ad production and support sales-related marketing and community initiatives.
Collaborative Execution: Work professionally under pressure and within specific time constraints and deadlines as part of a cohesive team.
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred. Digital and technical training certificates are a plus.
Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of Digital Streaming TV and social media. Ideal candidates will have fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to master industry -specific software, CRMs, and AI technology. Understanding of AOS and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communications skills with extreme attention to detail and effective time management.
Mindset: An independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
