In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. The Fox 29 Sales Team has an amazing opportunity for a Digital Sales Coordinator to provide critical support in driving revenue for Philadelphia’s top local multimedia station. Job Summary Traffic & Campaign Management: Schedule digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
Sales Support: Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and invoicing.
Client Fulfillment: Spearhead monthly client fulfillment recaps and help pinpoint appropriate audience targets for ad campaigns.
Administrative Excellence: Manage data entry, CRM pipelines, and order processing with high precision.
Production Assistance: Assist in commercial ad production and support sales-related marketing and community initiatives.
Collaborative Execution: Work professionally under pressure and within specific time constraints and deadlines as part of a cohesive team.
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred. Digital and technical training certificates are a plus.
Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of Digital Streaming TV and social media. Ideal candidates will have fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to master industry -specific software, CRMs, and AI technology. Understanding of AOS and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communications skills with extreme attention to detail and effective time management.
