Sales Representative Location: 2123 N Towne Pl NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 Job Description As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook, you’ll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Reach new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Convert “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and performance. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income $875–$1,200 per week.
