As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do Act as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Connect with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required (PhD in People Skills highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are important. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing conversations. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. The range considers qualifications, experience, pay alignment, and location. Most candidates start in the lower half, and higher positions are reserved for experts.
