Role Summary You’re the heartbeat of the community. Your job is to grow it, nurture it, and keep our members so engaged that staying, renewing, and bringing their friends feels like a no‑brainer. You’ll be a matchmaker, introducing members who should know each other. You’ll be a host, making sure every event feels welcoming. And you’ll be a builder, launching the sub‑clubs, weekly games, and signature events members look forward to all week.
One important note on style: we host the party, but we are not necessarily at the party. We’re friendly with our members, we like them, they like us, and our job is to make sure they have a great experience, so they stay, pay, renew, and grow the club.
Compensation: $50,000 plus variable compensation
