Sales Representative Location: 117 Corporate Blvd, South Plainfield, New Jersey 07080 Overview TruGreen is currently hiring a Field Sales Representative to serve as the welcoming face in local neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver tailored lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes, customizing sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs. Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and performance. Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to upgrade their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25pounds outdoors. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200per week.
