Sr Agile Coach

Chicago, IL onsite, only locals.

6 + months contract

Minimum Experience: 1. Has been in some leadership role on Agile Transformation. Airline Exp is highly preferred. Must worked with big enterprise level organizations. 2. Has developed Agile Portfolio Management, Center of Excellence and Understands Agile Delivery (Scum, Kanban) 3. Coach Role Has great personality, can influence, Communicate and collaborate with different leaders and business stakeholders. Can influence business leaders on Agile way of working 4. Has been part of Agile Transformation, Where they have seen the transformation from a Waterfall to a Agile Delivery 5. The Agile Trainer/Coach will be engaged throughout the enterprise transformation to facilitate a smooth transformation into Agile processes.

6. Experience working in an Agile environment and experience with Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

7. One or more Expert-level Agile certification(s) - PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other Agile related certifications a plus
