UK (Remote/Hybrid) | £490 per day | 6 Months | Inside IR35 We're seeking an experienced SC Cleared AWS Data Engineer to support a high-profile Central Government programme delivering critical data capabilities within a secure cloud environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to nationally significant work while leveraging modern AWS and data engineering technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimise scalable cloud-based data pipelines on AWS Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to support complex data integration requirements Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Work within established CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployment of data solutions Process, transform, and analyse large datasets using distributed frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and stakeholders across government
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (data-focused services preferred) Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Experience working with GitLab and implementing CI/CD pipelines Practical experience building data pipelines in AWS (e.g. EMR, PySpark) Solid understanding of ETL tooling (e.g. In...
