What we need from you:

• 80% FI Penetration
• High Maintenance and Warranty percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive finance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
