Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

A growing real estate company is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure new property opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, financial analysis, and deal execution, with the ability to independently manage acquisitions from sourcing through closing.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, or development deals.
• Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and feasibility assessments for potential acquisitions.
• Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the acquisition process end-to-end, including due diligence, contracts, and closing.

Skills:

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to identify and assess market trends and opportunities.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions (developer, investment firm, or brokerage).
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Experience working with brokers, legal teams, and financial partners.
• Ability to take ownership of deals and operate independently.

Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $110-150k+.
