Provide 24-hour supervision and support in a safe, structured residential setting. Deliver Medicaid-eligible behavioral health services, including community support and case management activities. Implement individualized treatment plans through daily coaching, skill-building, behavioral interventions, and recovery-focused interactions. Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompting, and community integration. Document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards using electronic health records. Monitor, assess, and report client behaviors and symptoms to clinical staff to support individualized treatment planning. Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies to respond to psychiatric crises and maintain safety. Support a trauma-informed, person-centered environment that encourages residents' engagement in recovery. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to maintain required credentials and competencies.
Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
