This is a great position for someone wanting hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment. Employment in this position leads to training to become a CNA. Essential Functions:
Answers signal lights Distributes linens, makes beds. Assists with resident care by distributing linens, making beds, serving and collecting food trays, and transporting residents using wheelchairs or carts. Passes fluids, nourishments to residents who do not require assistance. Cleans utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers. Stocks supplies, empties soiled linen and incontinence barrels. Clean, disinfect, and store bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals Benefit Highlights:
