Help design, develop, and modernize enterprise data pipelines, feature pipelines, vector/embedding pipelines, and data architecture solutions. Develop approaches for ingesting unstructured data, including documents, images, and non-tabular sources, into structured or semi-structured formats. Support artificial intelligence and machine learning systems through dataset preparation, feature store components, telemetry, model drift detection, and observability. Develop and apply data governance practices for metadata, data lineage, data catalogs, master data management, data quality, and shared data assets. Evaluate data integration patterns, application programming interfaces, cloud data architecture options, and migration approaches across program systems. Analyze and resolve data engineering, data quality, integration, and production monitoring issues; document findings and recommend corrective actions. Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and recommendations for technical staff, program officials, leadership, and external partners.
