Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Systems Administrator/Business Owner with extensive experience in facility management, MySQL, and operational risk management. This role involves ensuring data integrity, user support, and system enhancements for a duration of 6 months.
Required Skills & Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in system administration and support. Proficiency in Archibus administration or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms (e.g., TRIRIGA, Planon, FM). Strong communication skills to work effectively with both business users and technical teams. SQL or data querying experience. Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Space Planning organizations. Strong understanding of occupancy management, space data, floor plans, and workplace operations. Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management. Experience gathering business requirements, conducting UAT, and supporting system implementations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Archibus administration and support, ensuring data integrity, auditing, and validation. Provide user support, training, and documentation. Manage occupancy and space, work orders, and service requests. Gather requirements and test system enhancements. Coordinate with IT and vendors on system improvements.
