You will drive the design and development of advanced solutions that create significant impact across the organization. The position blends deep technical knowledge with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and deliver impactful, productionized AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Architect and deploy end-to-end ML/AI systems from data to production. Lead development and implementation of agentic AI and simulation technologies. Design and build large-scale AI systems and autonomous AI agents. Develop frameworks for evaluating agent performance and quality. Deploy enterprise-level NLP solutions at scale for data analysis. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience building and deploying production ML systems. Expertise in agentic AI development and orchestration. Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML. Experience with large-scale retail or e-commerce operations, leveraging AI and ML to solve complex business challenges, is highly preferred.
