This individual will blend Lean/Six Sigma process engineering, enterprise systems design, and AI workflow innovation to reduce customer effort, accelerate resolution, and streamline operations. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: System Design and Architecture:
Design and create scalable, high-performance, and reliable system architectures and platforms.
Requirements Analysis and Integration:
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of system components.
Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide guidance to development teams, align technical solutions with business objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Performance, Reliability, and Troubleshooting:
Conduct performance and reliability analysis, and resolve system issues and bottlenecks.
Documentation, Security, and Continuous Improvement:
Maintain detailed system documentation, ensure security and compliance, and stay updated with industry trends for ongoing improvement.
What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
7+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
What you’ll bring An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
