How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead a positive and welcoming patient experience by managing check-in/check-out processes and ensuring the collection of accurate patient data and required documentation.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and secure necessary service authorizations to ensure seamless and financially-approved access to care.
Manage daily financial transactions by accurately submitting charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling reports to support the department's fiscal accuracy.
Coordinate efficient clinic operations by expertly managing patient scheduling and processing all medical record release requests.
Travel to other Urgent Care clinics in the Fox Valley area as needed. Weekend and Holiday rotation.
What minimum requirements you'll need Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
