This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys building scalable data solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and transforming raw data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and optimizing the data infrastructure that supports healthcare operations, analytics, and decision-making across the organization.

Building and Optimizing Data Solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows. Perform data integration, transformation, and cleansing to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs. Develop solutions that improve data accessibility, quality, and usability across the organization. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development and operational tasks. Supporting Data Architecture and Engineering Excellence:
Provide technical guidance on data architecture and implementation approaches. Partner with senior engineers to support long-term platform and product strategy. Contribute to code reviews and help maintain high standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with application development teams to evolve data structures and integrations. Solving Business Challenges Through Data:
:Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to resolve data-related technical issues. Create reports and data products that provide meaningful insights for internal and external partners. Provide recommendations and analysis to business process owners, leadership, and technology teams. Supporting Operational Reliability:
Monitor, support, and troubleshoot a large portfolio of production data pipelines. Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes, systems, and data models. Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system stability and operational efficiency. Mentoring and Team Collaboration:
Share knowledge and best practices with team members. Support the growth and development of junior engineers. Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or a related technical discipline. Strong experience with Python, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Databricks, and Azure Data Factory. Experience designing and maintaining data integration, transformation, and data warehousing solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and finished products. Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and security best practices. Experience working in fast-paced environments supporting multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. It's a Plus If You Have:
Experience working with healthcare data - specifically claims -- and healthcare technology environments. Familiarity with healthcare privacy and security regulations. Experience mentoring junior developers or engineers. Experience working within Agile development environments. Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern data platform architecture. Experience using tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Redgate, or similar SDLC platforms. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities. Why People Join Trend Health Partners
