Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative QA Engineer to join our Digital Supply Chain Engineering team. In this role, you'll work with the Content Tools team to create new services and tools for managing and distributing vast media content. You will be responsible for testing tools, software, and services to ensure seamless integration for our products to deliver the highest quality customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional QA experience testing web applications. Hands-on experience writing automation scripts (Selenium/Playwright/Python/Java). Working knowledge of API testing concepts (HTTP methods, status codes, request/response validation, authentication). Familiarity with version control (Git) and defect tracking tools (Jira or similar). Strong written and verbal communication; clear, reproducible bug reports. Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity or experimentation with AI tooling in QA workflows. Experience working within Digital Supply Chain or Content Management systems. Master's degree in computer science or related field. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications. Build and extend automated UI test suites using Playwright and/or Selenium. Perform API testing (REST/JSON) using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent libraries. Investigate, reproduce, and clearly document defects with steps, expected vs. actual behavior, logs, and screenshots. Collaborate with developers and product on requirements review, test planning, and release readiness. Participate in regression, smoke, and exploratory testing cycles.
