We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and development of model-ready data solutions for Data Analytics & Monitoring Tools for our Pricing Team. This role will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, enabling standardized datasets, and supporting advanced analytics and pricing use cases. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT Develop model-ready datasets to support pricing and analytics initiatives Establish data standards, metadata management, and governance practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pricing, QA, and BI Support data drift monitoring and data quality frameworks Optimize performance and reliability of data workflows Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT Expertise in SQL and data modeling Experience building enterprise data pipelines (ETL/ELT) Knowledge of metadata management and data governance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Working experience in Python Native Commands in Python SDK - inflate column with percentage Migrate Python Scripts - out of the box CLI Preferred Qualifications: Experience in insurance or financial services Exposure to pricing or actuarial datasets Familiarity with DataStage or Informatica
