The Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will support the design and development of mechanical components and systems , contributing across the full product lifecycle
from concept through to validation and release.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, right-first-time engineering solutions across a variety of technically demanding projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies across motorsport and advanced automotive programmes Support engineering activities from clean sheet concept through to end-of-life Produce detailed designs for complex, highly loaded components Apply engineering fundamentals and hand calculations to support design decisions Ensure designs consider:
Material selection Manufacturability & assembly Heat treatment and surface finish requirements GD&T and control of critical features
