Additional Information CDL A Driver | Phoenix, AZ | $23/hr + OT | Temp-to-Hire Start your next driving career with TransForce! TransForce is seeking full-time CDL A drivers in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers steady, year-round work with the opportunity to go full-time after completing conversion hours. Pay: $23.00 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday
10–12 hour shifts
Early morning start times (between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
Optional Saturdays available
What You'll Be Doing: Delivering a variety of freight including wine, beer, retail, and paper products
Operating Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed trailers
95% drop and hook freight
Occasional loading/unloading
Performing routes throughout the Phoenix area
Executing tight backing maneuvers (especially on Monday Total Wine routes)
Requirements: CDL A license
Minimum 6 months experience (1 year preferred)
Strong backing skills
Ability to navigate local routes efficiently
Clean driving record
Stable work history
