We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Athletic Trainer to support the health, safety, and performance of student-athletes at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive athletic training services, injury prevention education, evaluation and rehabilitation support, and medical coordination to help student-athletes perform at their highest level while maintaining their overall well-being. What Success Looks Like:Creating a safe and supportive athletic environment that prioritizes student-athlete health and wellness Preventing, evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating athletic injuries using evidence-based practices Providing consistent athletic training coverage for practices and competitions Maintaining a well-organized Athletic Training Clinic equipped to meet student-athlete needs Building strong relationships with coaches, physicians, families, and school staff to support student-athlete success Required Qualifications:Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License Valid Board of Certification (BOC) Credential as a Certified Athletic Trainer BOC-Compliant Emergency Cardiac Care Certification Your Impact: As our Athletic Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for student-athletes Coordinate and assist with pre-participation physical examinations and medical clearances Maintain accurate injury, treatment, and rehabilitation records Apply protective taping, bracing, and preventative care techniques as needed Educate student-athletes and coaches on injury prevention, safety, and proper equipment use Collaborate with physicians, school nurses, coaches, teachers, and families to support student-athlete health Oversee the operation, inventory, and budget needs of the Athletic Training Clinic Develop and supervise rehabilitation programs that help student-athletes safely return to participation What We Offer:Competitive salary based on education and experience (Lebanon Education Association collective bargaining agreement) Comprehensive benefits package including:
