How you'll make an impact in this role
Patient Assistance: Perform basic clinical and non-clinical care tasks under professional supervision to support daily operations.
Mobility Support: Aid patients with safe movement, positioning, and transfers to ensure comfort and prevent injury.
Personal Care: Assist patients with essential activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain personal hygiene standards.
Observation & Reporting: Monitor physical and emotional status, reporting changes to nursing staff and maintaining accurate records.
Environment Maintenance: Keep patient rooms orderly and ensure medical equipment is clean and properly maintained.
What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
