Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital radiology department, requiring at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in CT and diagnostic x-ray imaging. Details
Hospital radiology department setting Performs diagnostic CT exams including CT angiography, as well as diagnostic x-ray imaging Siemens CT equipment is used (experience preferred) Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule flexibility is required Float policy requires availability to work at facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed 13-week contract
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required; 3+ years preferred Proficiency with all diagnostic CT exams, including angiography Experience with diagnostic x-ray imaging required Current ARRT (CT) certification and applicable state license required, if applicable BLS required Driver's License required for consideration SSN and DOB required for consideration 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (including residents of Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this when applying Use of AirPods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
