Job overview: As a sales assistant within our team, you will ensure efficient logistics in order to facilitate the overall planning of the department. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the team in their duties. More specifically, it will have to:
Support and serve our customers;
Process and follow up on customer orders;
Answer the phone, direct calls, take messages;
Promote and sell the various products offered;
Provide administrative support to the management team;
Follow up with suppliers and production to keep the ERP up to date;
Provide assistance with documentary, paper and electronic management, as well as the archiving of files;
Manage the website and social networks;
Perform all other tasks entrusted to him;
