About the role As a Frontend Engineer on our Conversion and Purchase Experience Team, you will help shape the future of our Service Monetization Platform. You will architect and build intuitive and efficient user interfaces, ensuring a seamless acquisition and secure checkout experience for our fans. Working with design, product, quality and data teams, you will help solve complex challenges, optimize performance, and enhance user experience, directly contributing to the growth of the Crunchyroll fanbase.
In this role you will report to the Engineering Manager of the Conversion and Purchase Experience Team.

You’re an experienced and passionate Frontend Software Engineer with experience building intuitive user interfaces (2+ years of relevant experience in the software industry)
You have hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end delivery including automation testing, deployment cycles along with feature development
You excel in an Agile and collaborative environment, where your insights and expertise will help create technical solutions loved by our fans
About the Team The Conversion and Purchase Experience Team is a dynamic and collaborative group of engineers dedicated to creating a world‑class checkout experience for Crunchyroll fans. We embrace innovation and prioritize smooth customer experience for our fans to subscribe. Pay Range: $121,800 – $152,300 USD (actual pay varies by location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, employer‑matched retirement savings, time‑off programs, and progressive health benefits).
