Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your Contribution to the Team
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
Experience in business rules, workflows, and process management.
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data flow diagrams.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile frameworks.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) or other relevant industry domains.
Exposure to UAT coordination, defect triage, and test case review.
Experience working with cross‑functional global teams in an onsite/offshore model.
Knowledge of Agile metrics, backlog prioritization, and sprint ceremonies.
Familiarity with data mapping, source‑to‑target mapping, and business rules documentation.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
