We’re hiring a Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Montgomery East. If you’re passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Manage all sales activities at the hotel
Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business
Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing
Track performance using brand-standard systems
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution
What You Bring
Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and sales strategy skills
Knowledge of Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, SalesPro, etc.)
Organized, driven, and guest-focused
Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
