Serve as primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations for doors and replacement parts Accurately enter and validate orders within the ERP system Review technical and commercial details before releasing orders to production Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and logistics to prevent delays and ensure accuracy Track order progress and proactively communicate updates Maintain organized documentation and structured records Research and quote parts with attention to technical specifications Support continuous improvement in sales operations processes Provide professional communication via phone and email for customer support
