Über
Develop and deploy Epic reports and dashboards
Create and maintain Epic Radar dashboards and metrics
Build Cogito SQL reports and metric framework components
Develop SQL stored procedures for clinical reporting requests
Support operational and regulatory reporting initiatives
Validate, modify, and document custom SQL metrics
Stakeholder & Project Support
Gather and document reporting requirements
Work directly with operational and clinical leadership teams
Lead analytics projects from intake through deployment
Provide project estimates, updates, and status reporting
Communicate risks, issues, and timelines to stakeholders
SDLC & Best Practices
Follow SDLC processes including:
Requirements gathering
Design documentation
Testing & validation
UAT support
Production deployment
Documentation
Conduct SQL code reviews and peer reviews
Mentor junior developers when needed
Required Qualifications Epic & Healthcare Analytics Experience
3+ years of Epic Clarity Data Model development experience
Experience with:
EpicCare Ambulatory
Epic Inpatient (IP)
Experience building analytics/reporting solutions in healthcare environments
Technical Skills
5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development
Strong experience working with Epic Clarity data
Experience with:
Epic Cogito SQL
Radar
SlicerDicer
Reporting Workbench
Metric Framework
Workflow Knowledge Inpatient
Admissions
Flowsheets
Discharge Medication Reconciliation
Quality metrics
Ambulatory
Visits
Consults
Orders
Groupers
Additional Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently with clinical and technical teams
Experience mentoring junior team members preferred
Experience supporting custody/jail healthcare reporting environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical, Financial, or equivalent)
