Coordinate procurement and distribution of required safety equipment
Support project-specific safety campaigns, recognition programs, and initiatives
Participate in internal and external project kickoff meetings Ensure all project activities are performed safely and in compliance with environmental standards Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports
Conduct site observations and audit results to identify safety trends and improvement opportunities
Manage and mentor staff in alignment with P&E safety standards and expectations
Serve as the primary liaison to site management regarding safety technical guidance and compliance matters Compile final project safety metrics, including hours worked, incidents, and near misses, for closeout reporting
Coordinate inventory and return of project safety equipment
Provide leadership with feedback and recommendations regarding overall project safety performance Ensure compliance with all company processes, procedures, and policies; Promote and uphold the highest standards of safety performance and accountability Foster a positive safety culture through leadership, communication, and example Support P&E's commitment to being a preferred partner by delivering safe, high-quality project outcomes that meet evolving customer needs Complete required safety observations and reporting activities
