Position Overview
High Bar Brands is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to support our Great Plains Sales territory, including Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, and Wyoming .
This role is responsible for growing sales across a multi-state region by developing strong relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users. The ideal candidate will be located near Kansas City (MO/KS) or Omaha, NE to support efficient travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
Build and maintain relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
Provide regular sales forecasts and updates on territory performance
Conduct product training and support customers on installation and use
Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and industry events
Partner with Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to support customer needs
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience
Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory ( approximately 75% travel )
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of sales experience
Proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales tools
Mechanical aptitude or experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel extensively
