What You’ll Be Doing
Respond quickly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
Engage customers to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
Provide information on vehicles, services, and current promotions
Highlight key features and value to help move customers through the sales process
Schedule appointments and create sales opportunities for the showroom team
Collaborate with sales consultants and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Stay informed on inventory, promotions and market trends
Assist with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or customer service (automotive or BDC experience a plus)
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and via email
Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
Ability to identify sales opportunities and build customer rapport
Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems
Must pass pre-employment background screening
