About this position Great Roofing & Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our Cincinnati sales team. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys coaching others to success, and isn't afraid to lead from the front.
We're looking for a true go‑getter who can recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while also contributing to revenue growth and maintaining a high‑performance sales culture.
Requirements
Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives
Conduct ride‑alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates
Recruit and onboard top sales talent
Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy
Work closely with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry
Strong coaching and team development skills
Ability to recruit and retain top‑performing sales professionals
Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 Base Salary + Commission
Earn up to 13% commission on insurance restoration projects
Earn up to 15% commission on retail projects
