What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision‑making and performance monitoring
Evaluate workflows related to intake and service coordination to identify efficiencies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and programmatic standards related to care services
Serve as a liaison between program leadership and operational teams to facilitate communication
Conduct quick‑turn data analysis to support urgent operational needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Social Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operations role
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with fast turnaround expectations
High level of professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential information
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting high-volume, time-sensitive operations with strict reporting requirements
Familiarity with case management systems and service delivery tracking tools
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and quality assurance programs
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
