This role will lead a team of specialist solutions architects to design, evangelize, and architect state‑of‑the‑art Analytics solutions for AWS customers. The successful candidate will bring deep analytics design expertise and strong people‑management skills, coaching teams to deliver high‑quality architectures and play a key role in driving revenue and customer success.
Key Job Responsibilities
In partnership with the specialized sales teams, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives.
Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Specialist Solutions Architects.
Coach Associates to conduct one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many technical training sessions for customers.
Step into a Specialist Solutions Architect role when required to support the customer base.
Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, blog posts, and other high‑value customer‑facing collateral.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent experience.
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
Location & Compensation USA, NY, New York – Salary range: 221,100.00 – 299,200.00 USD annually.
Benefits Base salary plus sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
