Technology & Risk Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the kitchen and bathroom sector who are looking to add an Internal Sales Coordinator to their team in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in kitchen and bathroom sales who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within an established customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Sales & Account Development Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts. Analyse customer purchasing trends, order history and sales data to uncover opportunities for upselling and account growth. Contact lapsed and low-spending customers to re-engage relationships and generate new orders. Develop strong relationships with merchants, showrooms, installers and trade customers. Follow up on inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns and sales leads. Provide product advice, quotations, pricing support and account management.
