We are looking for people who are smart, hardworking, imaginative, fast learners, and excited to work on real AI product development. This is not a simple coding role. The right candidates should enjoy building end-to-end software products, learning new AI technologies quickly, and solving complex enterprise problems using LLMs, agents, context engineering, orchestration, backend services, integrations, and enterprise data systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a product builder, software engineer, and AI solution designer. They should be comfortable understanding a business problem, breaking it into software components, and helping build a working AI-powered product from UI to backend to data layer to enterprise integration.
We prefer candidates with a *B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field*, but strong hands-on experience and product-building ability are equally important.
Candidates should have experience working on *small or medium AI Apps*, prototypes, internal platforms, automation tools, SaaS products, enterprise applications, or AI-enabled workflow systems.

Technical Understanding Required
Candidates should understand how modern software applications are built from end to end, including:

* Backend APIs and service layer
* Business logic and workflow orchestration
* Database design and data models
* Integration with ERP systems and enterprise applications
* Authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling
* Data flow between UI, backend, integration layer, and source-of-truth systems
The candidate does not need to be an expert in every area, but they must understand how all layers connect together in a real enterprise application.
AI, LLM, and Agentic Development Skills
Candidates should have strong interest or hands-on experience in:
* Large Language Models

* LLM APIs and model integration
* Prompt engineering

* Agentic workflows
* AI agents and multi-agent systems
* Agentic orchestration
* Scaffolding and harnessing AI agents

Backend and Platform Skills

Knowledge Graph and Context Graph Skills
Candidates should understand or be willing to learn:
* Knowledge graphs
* Context graphs
* Enterprise digital twins
* Nodes, edges, relationships, and semantic metadata
* Workflow-to-system mapping
* Application dependency mapping
* Data ownership mapping
* Integration dependency mapping
* Using graph data to support AI agents and enterprise decision-making
Experience with Neo4j or similar graph databases is a plus.
Enterprise Integration Skills is added advantage
Candidates should understand how enterprise applications connect with real business systems such as:
* ERP systems
* SAP ECC or S/4HANA
* Databases
* APIs
* OData services
* BAPI/RFC-style integrations
* ServiceNow
* SharePoint
* Gmail / Microsoft 365 integrations
* Legacy systems
* Integration layers and connector-based architectures
Key responsibilities:
* Build product features for the RAPD AI Factory platform
* Develop backend APIs using FastAPI
* Work with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL
* Connect UI flows to backend services
* Support AI-assisted workflows and agent-driven user journeys
* Help design flexible screens, dashboards, and conversational workspaces
* Build reusable services that support enterprise workflow modernization
* Collaborate with AI/LLM engineers and integration engineers
Preferred skills:
* Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
* JavaScript / TypeScript / React experience preferred
* REST APIs
* Product development mindset
* Understanding of UI-to-backend-to-database flow
* Ability to build working prototypes quickly
Help build the RAPD Integration Layer
* Connect enterprise applications to ERP systems, databases, APIs, and business systems
* Design integration patterns for SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Gmail, Slack, and other systems
* Build data models that support enterprise knowledge graphs
* Create context graphs for workflows, applications, systems, users, roles, APIs, databases, and integrations
* Support current-state and future-state enterprise digital twin modeling
* Help AI agents understand enterprise application dependencies and business workflows
Preferred skills:
* Enterprise integration experience
* API design
* PostgreSQL
* Knowledge graphs / Neo4j preferred
* ERP integration understanding
* SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure preferred
* Data modeling
* Backend service development
* Understanding of secure and governed integration architecture
Minimum Qualifications
* B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
* Hands-on programming experience
* Experience building software applications, prototypes, platforms, or automation tools
* Basic understanding of frontend, backend, database, and integration layers
* Interest or experience in AI, LLMs, agents, and enterprise automation
* Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-moving product development environment
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* Experience with AI product development

Pay: $6,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
