RN Lactation Consultant

LifeBridge Health is seeking an RN Lactation Consultant to provide expert breastfeeding support and education to mothers, infants, and families. In this role, you will conduct lactation assessments, develop individualized feeding plans, assist with complex breastfeeding challenges, and collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric teams. You will document care, provide bedside and outpatient counseling, and lead staff and community education on lactation best practices.
