Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely. Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records. Communication: Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner. Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care. Certifications: Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
