Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily food production within our Food & Beverage Operations team. The Lead Cook prepares high-quality, nutritious meals that support patient care, staff, and community wellness programs in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include large-batch cooking, safe food handling, special diet preparation, inventory support, and mentoring kitchen staff. This role collaborates with clinical teams to promote health equity through consistent, dignified meal service aligned with our holistic care model.
