As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Administer medications as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatments as required Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications, treatments, and resident care
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in the state of Nebraska High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills
