Manage multiple phone lines and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital flow Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Educate clients regarding services, products, and patient care recommendations Enter and maintain accurate client and patient information Process medical records, scanning, and data entry tasks Support daily front desk operations and hospital communication Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
