Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and GCP environments. Architect and support cloud-native data, analytics, and AI platforms. Manage monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions across multi-cloud environments. Implement and support Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and related logging frameworks. Configure and manage Logstash-based log ingestion and transformation pipelines. Develop proactive monitoring and operational alerting solutions using Twilio and related technologies. Support enterprise data platforms, data lakes, storage systems, and analytics workloads. Administer and troubleshoot Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integrations. Implement IAM, least-privilege security models, audit logging, and compliance controls. Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful platform operations. Support 24x7 operational environments and participate in incident response activities as needed. Drive cloud governance, security, reliability, and performance improvements.
Required Skills: 8+ years of experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 8+ years of experience with GenAI and Enterprise AI platforms, including Gemini and Vertex AI. 8+ years of experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and enterprise logging frameworks. 8+ years of experience using Logstash for log ingestion, transformation, and monitoring integration. 8+ years of experience designing operational alerting solutions using Twilio (SMS/Voice). 8+ years of experience with Blob Storage, Data Lakes, and enterprise storage platforms. 8+ years supporting data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and reporting environments. 8+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integration architectures. Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, audit logging, and compliance frameworks within regulated environments. Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and maintaining operational stability.
Preferred Skills: Experience building and administering Tableau Cloud environments. Experience integrating ArcGIS or geospatial data platforms. Python and Bash scripting experience. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and serverless automation. Exposure to AKS, GKE, Docker, and microservices architectures. Knowledge of Data Mesh, ETL/ELT frameworks, API integrations, and enterprise data standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure production environments. Ability to own platform reliability, stability, and operational outcomes. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination experience.
