Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
  • Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Submits appropriate paperwork to management
  • Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and fosters the development of long-term business relationships.
  • Assists in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions.
  • Collects and reports competitive information to management.
  • Participates in continuing education training regarding company products and services.
  • Maintain Salesforce call reports daily.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role with two or more years of experience.
  • Familiarity with software or technical sales is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships
