Northwestern Dental Center is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in Chicago. About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the provider and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient experience. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in both clinical care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Assist the doctor with a variety of clinical procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain efficient patient flow
• Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to support daily operations

Schedule

Full-Time (34 days per week)

• Monday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation

• $25 - $28 / hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience
• Strong chairside and clinical assisting skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
