Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in patient condition. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care. Adhere to infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Current and valid CNA certification. Compassionate and patient-centric approach. Reliable availability to work day shift hours. Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team environment. Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety standards. Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professional behavior.
