State of Florida Driver License. Social Security card. Proof of U.S. Citizenship, Residency or Work Authorization. High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution or higher education documentation, if applicable. DD214 (if prior U.S. military service). All applicable certifications. FDLE Criminal History - $25.00 fee
